Service Terms & Cancellation

Service Frequency & Commitment

Our bin cleaning service operates on a four-weekly subscription basis.

• All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of six cleans.
• After the minimum term, the service continues on a rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with the terms below.

Payment

• Payment is taken after services are completed, not in advance.
• Payment is made via the secure payment link on our invoice or statement.
• We do not operate monthly standing charges or advance billing.

Once payment details are provided, future payments may be collected automatically after each completed service.

Unpaid Accounts

To keep our service running smoothly:

• Accounts with two unpaid cleans may be temporarily paused until the balance is cleared.
• Service resumes automatically once payment is received.

Service Adjustments

If fewer bins are cleaned than originally booked (for example, bins not presented or unavailable), customers are only charged for the bins actually cleaned.

Missed Cleans & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are:

• Presented and accessible
• Free from obstructions

If bins are not accessible at the time of attendance, the clean may be skipped and counted as part of the subscription cycle.

Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made after the minimum six-clean commitment has been completed.
• Cancellations must be submitted before the next scheduled clean to avoid further charges.
• No refunds are issued for completed services.

Agreement

By booking or continuing to use our service, customers agree to these terms.
