Contractual Term and Cancellation

All bin cleaning is for an initial period of six months, and will continue on a six month rolling contract basis until cancelled in accordance with our notice provision (as follows). To cancel, notice must be given to us during the course of a six month contract period to expire at the end of that period.  The bin cleaning service will conclude at the end of that period and all contractual sums owing will become due for payment. Service will be maintained in blocks of six months, until such time as cancellation is received and accepted by us. Payment for our service signifies consent to our contract period and cancellation provisions, irrespective of whether our contract has been formally signed by the customer. Failure to comply with the notice provision will result in the existing six months service fee becoming due and payable immediately.
