Service Update – January 2026

Thank you for your patience while we work through a busy start to the year.

Customers awaiting their next clean -

If you haven’t yet received a visit, please be assured you haven’t been missed.

All active customers remain scheduled, and we are working through route catch-ups as we bring services fully back on cycle following the Christmas period, adverse weather, and recent system upgrades.

Following the Christmas period, some severe cold weather, heavy rain, and changes to council collection schedules.

Some customers have experienced disruption to normal cleaning routines. At the same time, we have been moving a large number of customers onto our updated systems for bin cleaning and window cleaning, which means catching up and communicating with everyone is taking place in stages.

This will allow us to improve service reliability long-term, but it has meant some areas are taking longer than usual to fully catch up.

Window Cleaning

Due to weather conditions and access requirements, window cleaning may be delayed on some visits, particularly during periods of frost or heavy rain. These jobs are rescheduled automatically when conditions allow.

Tracking Links & Proof of Service

We now operate a tracked service with photo proof uploaded after each visit.

Some customers may not receive a tracking link on their first visit following the system upgrade. This will be fully in place for future cleans once records are aligned.

Payments & Invoicing

Invoices and statements are issued via secure links and are now our standard payment method.

Payments are only processed after services are completed.

Getting Back to Normal

We are actively working through all areas to bring services fully back on schedule and up to our usual standard.

If you’ve recently joined us, or have noticed a delay, this is part of the wider process of bringing all services onto one consistent system.
